Stefania Lusso

Stefy is a Physiotherapist with vast experience in musculoskeletal care. Bilingual and originally from Sardinia. She works on Fridays at our studios, with a passion for helping people recover, strengthen and surpass their goals.

With diverse clinical expertise, she takes pride in assisting individuals with musculoskeletal and post-surgical injuries while also focusing on injury prevention through research-based methods. Stefy is driven to help you become the best version of yourself and makes the process very enjoyable.

Stefy enjoys working with injured runners, optimising recovery to help them achieve their running goals. Outside of her physiotherapy practice she enjoys strength training and Pilates. She is currently completing a certification to become a Pilates Instructor.

• Runners Repairs course (16 hours CPD)

• Pilates Instructor (currently in training)
