Leyth Hammoud
Physiotherapist BSc Hons, MCSP
Leyth is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across multiple major London NHS trusts, private practice, and elite sport. His broad clinical background allows him to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, combining strong diagnostic skills with effective, results-driven rehabilitation.
Alongside his NHS role, Leyth has worked in high-performance environments including the academy at Tottenham Hotspur, as well as in semi-professional rugby and amateur boxing. This experience has developed his expertise in acute injury management, rehabilitation, and optimising performance across a range of sporting demands.
Leyth has a particular interest in shoulder rehabilitation and running-related injuries. He takes a holistic, person-centred approach, combining targeted rehabilitation with hands-on treatment, including soft tissue therapy and acupuncture where appropriate. His focus is on helping patients return stronger, reduce the risk of re-injury, and perform at their best—whether in sport or everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Leyth enjoys training calisthenics and long-distance running, giving him a practical understanding of the physical demands his patients face.
