"After I ran a half marathon I had a very painful area around my right knee. I couldn’t run a mile without stopping. I saw Daniel and he diagnosed it as Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITB). We got straight to work on some strength and conditioning exercises.

In short, having been unable to run a mile without being in pain and stopping, I went for a 10 mile run yesterday with no issues at all. In fact, at our discharge session when asked how my knee was feeling, I couldn’t actually remember which one had been injured because the recovery had been so comprehensive.

I could not recommend Daniel enough - friendly, very knowledgeable and in particular when a problem arose about how to target a particular muscle group he found a work around. Thank you very much!"
