Meg Cauduro

​

Meg is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist from Australia with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and sports physiotherapy. She has worked with athletes, post-surgical patients, and people from all walks of life, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their movement so they can get back to doing what they love without pain and restriction.

 

She has been involved in physiotherapy for rugby, football, AFL, and cross-country skiing teams and particularly enjoys working on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programs. Her goal is to help athletes recover safely and effectively while reducing the risk of future injuries.

With experience in private practice, sports teams, and hospital settings, Meg takes a well-rounded approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients, ensuring they understand their injury, treatment plan, and the steps needed to reach their goals.

 

Qualifications & Continuing Education:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BSc) – Charles Sturt University (Dean's Scholar)

  • Peter Malliaras – Mastering Lower Limb Tendinopathy (15hrs CPD)

  • Mick Hughes - Early to Mid and Mid to End Stage ACLR Rehab Masterclass (18hrs CPD combined)

  • APA Sports Level 1 (30hrs CPD)

  • DMA Clinical Pilates Accreditation (30hrs CPD)
