Physio Jack Founder

Jack has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. He founded Physio Jack in 2018. In addition to his work here, he is employed by Pure Sports Medicine, who are London's leaders in sports and musculoskeletal medicine. Before his work in the private sector, he gained experience across several highly respected NHS Trusts. Prior to graduating from Brunel as a Physiotherapist Bsc Hons, he worked as a personal trainer and exercise-on-prescription coach.

 

Jack treats a broad demographic of people, ranging from sporty teens to people in their 90s. He has extensive experience in rehabilitating injured runners, athletes and weightlifters. As well as working with hundreds of office workers wanting pain relief and postural advice, to those who just want to remain feeling healthy and off medication into their later years.

- Exercise on Prescription - Level 3

- Runners Repairs course (16 hours CPD)

- Know Pain - A practical Guide to Persistent Pain Therapy (15 hours CPD) 

- Sports Taping and Strapping 

- Pitch side first aid & sports trauma management

Nick Bailey 

Physiotherapist BSc Hons, MCSP

Nick balances his time working in the NHS, elite premier league academy football and client’s here at Physio Jack. He has extensive experience in treating a wide demographic of clients, who have all had a diverse set of goals and aims. Nick regularly sees conditions that can build up over time and is well equipped to help manage lower back, neck and other various aches and pains. He is also well balanced to cater for individuals trying to promote and lead a healthy lifestyle, as well as those with specific sporting/athletic goals in mind.

His clinical experience has enabled him to care for client’s hours post-surgery and back to their return to everyday and sporting activities. Nick has worked closely with medical and orthopaedic teams in the hospital wards and the A&E. This has allowed him to gain extensive medical knowledge and perform to a high standard.

His work in elite academy football and previous rugby pitch side experience has meant he has been able to identify and manage injuries, safely and effectively, from the point they are sustained.
